Smartphone Control Kit
A SmartPhone Control Kit allows you to operate and check the status of your garage door from anywhere in the world. You can monitor your garage 24/7 and receive notifications whenever it gets used through a specially designed smartphone app. You’ll never have to worry about whether the garage door was accidentally left open and you will know each time the garage door is opened or closed no matter where you are.
Features of the App
The Kit uses Smart Hub technology; simply download the free IOS or Android app to operate or manage your automated garage door from school, work or the gym. The Smartphone Control Kit provides peace of mind monitoring for you and your family. Custom settings include:
- Partial opening to restricted access door modes
- Manage remote less access users
- Manage multiple properties from a single remote
- Real-time notifications of door status and usage history of who and when door was opened
Safety Beams
A non-contact safety detection system that stops the door opening or closing when the beam is broken. Your garage door will stop and reverse if the beam is broken whilst the door is closing, ensuring safety for your family and property.
Battery Back Up
If the power supply to the opener is broken, the door will still be operational with the rechargeable battery back up. It automatically switches to back up power even during mid cycle and continually charges while mains power is connected.
Autolock
This smart keyless technology allows you to lock your garage door every time you close it using nothing but your regular remote control, providing additional protection to your home and loved ones. Auto-Lock comes standard on B&D Panelift® Icon™, is available as an optional extra on B&D Panelift® garage doors and roll-a-doors.
